This website belongs to Paz Caba Photography, the photography studio of María Paz Caba. Here is what personal data the site collects, why, and what you can ask of me at any time.

What I collect
Only what you choose to send through the inquiry form or in a message: your name, email address, type of session, an approximate date and anything you write. If you contact me on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email, those services also process your message under their own policies.
Why I use it
To answer your inquiry, plan a possible session and stay in touch about it. I never use your data for advertising and never sell it or pass it on to others for their own purposes. For visitors from the European Union, the legal basis is your request and the steps before a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Services that keep the website running
The website runs on a web hosting provider and the form is delivered by a form-sending service. Both process data only to provide that service. Fonts and photographs are served from this website itself: there are no Google Fonts, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your browser
The site remembers the language you choose in your browser's local storage. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to me, and you can remove it by clearing your browser data.
How long I keep it
Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and organise your session. If no session is booked, I delete them once they are no longer needed. Booking and invoice details are kept for as long as the law requires.
Photographs
Photographs from sessions appear on this website only with the family’s permission. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, let me know and I will take it down.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Visitors from the European Union may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
